VILLA DESCRIPTION

Our villa luxury 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 storey is located on a quiet, secluded estate, just off the highway 27, within a 15 minute drive of Disney, directly on an 18 hole, par 72 golf course, opposite the 10th tee. Just a short walk from the clubhouse, putting green, driving range, tennis courts and community pool. There is an abundance of citrus and pine trees around the estate which makes taking a walk a pleasure. The house is very secluded and the private pool and spa face conservation land, making it a quiet peaceful place to relax and enjoy the sun. The design of the house is unique in that it has a galleried landing overlooking the large lounge and a second loft lounge which has a computer desk, music centre, 37 inch TV and is furnished with Caribbean wicker chairs. The master suite is on the ground floor with 2 further bedrooms and a contemporary second bathroom on the first floor. Also on the ground floor there is a utility room, half bathroom and games room which includes a pool table, air hockey table, darts, golf game and foosball table. There are feature walls in most rooms with coordinating bed linens and curtains to match the décor.
